Retail orders: All UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class Post. P&P charge for orders under £50 in value: £3.99.

UK orders over £50 in value will be despatched with no charge for P&P.

Non-UK orders under £50 order value shipping to Europe will be charged at £9.50 per consignment.

Non-UK orders under £100 order value shipping to the rest of the world will be charged at £12.00 per consignment.

Please allow 2-3 working days for processing.

Trade orders: UK Carriage Paid order value, £350 (ex VAT), otherwise £10 per consignment (may be reduced for small orders at our discretion).

Non-UK Carriage Paid order value, £2,500, otherwise £25 per consignment (may be reduced for small orders at our discretion).

 

Returns (Retail customers only – Trade returns, please contact us directly).

You may return items for a full refund, providing they are posted to us within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can not refund postage for unwanted goods. Please contact customer services sales@88london.co.uk for a returns reference before sending.

Faulty items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Faulty goods returned later than this may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion.
