Superb Akoya pearl necklace on white gold and diamond clasp

This exquisite necklace would be perfect with a ‘big meeting’ work outfit or chic evening dress and, given its delicate look, would also suit a teenager.
The necklace was created by Susan in our Wiltshire studios from light cream-coloured Akoya pearls; Akoya pearls are known for their high lustre and beautiful skin.
Susan has hand-selected these round pearls from 4.5-6mm giving a slight graduation. The necklace is finished with a pretty 9k white gold vintage fish-hook clasp. The clasp is stamped with the maker’s name ‘Lotus’ (not a foundry we are familiar with) and inset with a single tiny diamond.
