Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt, subject to availability. There will be a standard charge for postage and packing on all orders under £50. Overseas deliveries will be charged at our standard rate. We cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late or non delivery of goods.

Damaged goods and returns Items that are damaged in transit must be returned within 7 (seven) days, accompanied by details of item code number, invoice date and invoice number. Items will be replaced or credited if the damage occurred prior to delivery or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Ping Ping Jewellery reserves the right to refuse to credit items that are damaged due to wear and tear or abnormal use.
